IMHO, you should not use (on this forum) word "alcohol" rather "ethanol". Alcohol is too ambiguous. It is the normal active substance in antisceptic wipes (around70% is common), otherwise known as rubbing alcohol. As such it is rubbed onto the skin and even into puncture wounds. There must be instructions online for doing this sort of thing, for example: https://www.google.com/search?q=make+your+own+fragrance+with+essential+oils And there are probably more relevant forms (hobby/craft forums for example)
