Need help

I understand that is section is for help only but I don’t know how to approach this without asking for the answer straight up

 

Basically I’m doing a fill in the blank with a single clue and one letter filled out for my life science class. I’ve been stuck on 2 problems and couldn’t find help in the text book and decided to come here

Do you not know how 'google' works?  I entered "parts working together for one purpose" in Google and immediately got "system".
