How about asking questions that arise after you read the wikipedia page, or some other explainer on the internet, on the subject? Explaining stuff from the very basic level takes a certain effort, and someone has already done that work somewhere else. You just have to go find it.

Then you can ask more specific questions, which is what SFN is here for.
