John Harmonic
I want to be the starting or origin of a species of humans that are Gorilla like. I want them to be strong like Gorilla fast like Gorilla and have all the good qualities that Gorilla have. How can I evolve through time to eventually produce Gorilla like humans in the distant future through my sperm. Do I exercise more? Do I eat more? What do I got to and what do my generations of offspring have to do?
CharonY
None of the above. That is not how evolution works. Like, at all. For starters evolution is a process involving genetic shifts in populations, not individuals. What you are thinking of is probably most likely to be achieved by a selective breeding program (though as likely you are going to end up with a rather convoluted family tree and way too many teeth). J.C.MacSwell
Start by looking for a particularly hairy spouse...
John Harmonic
Yes good idea, a hairy strong and muscular spouse. That should kick things off.
Endy0816
You have to think in terms of selecting for what you want and the process takes many generations. You would not see anything noticeable in your own lifetime. You may want to look at genetic engineering instead. Honestly soon we'll be seeing exoskeletons regularly. Shortcut to being stronger. We actually have as many hair follicles as they do. Our hair is much finer though.
