       First, the layout of the production line is two wet 2*22 m rotary kiln, which is produced by the wet process with a feed moisture content of about 35%. The maximum temperature of the sintering furnace wall in the rotary kiln is 1350 °C, and the gas is mixed gas. The total amount of smoke is about 30000m3/h.

Second, the EIA prohibits external drainage and solid waste.

Third, the flue gas before entering the tower contains a certain amount of chloride ions, the highest value is about 145 kg per day.

Ultra-low emission of smoke is required for environmental protection rules:

1, Nitrogen oxides ≤ 50mg.

2, Sulfide ≤ 35mg.

3, Particulate matter ≤ 10mg.

4, Water vapor removal, the removal rate ≥70%.

5. The exhaust blue smoke is completely removed.

On a technical note, I don't see how or why you extract 70% water vapour and what do you do with it if the EIA prohibits external drainage ?
