StuartAguiar Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Hi, my name is Alexandra, it's my first post here at this forum, I'm a med student, now I am trying to and we gotta establish the congenital disorder in a Karyotype, but I've been on a hard time trying to order this karyotype, so I would like to get advise for making it so I can finally establish the disorder. Thanks for helping, hope I can contribute to this forum.
CharonY Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 The key to sorting them is the dye. Do you know which was used and why? For practical purposes it is helpful to use software to isolate the individual chromosomes and move them around. Alternatively you could do what we did a very long time ago as undergrads: print on transparencies and cut them out.
