Vet track Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 How many unique DNA and RNA nucleotides are found in Nature - My initial thought was 5; Cytosine, Thymine, Adenine, Uracil, and Guanine. But the key says I'm wrong, I'm hoping this is a typo?

RadioactiveDecay Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 Maybe the question meant for each: 4 for DNA(Adenine, Cytosine, Guanine, Thymine), and 4 for RNA(Adenine, Cytosine, Guanine, Uracil)
BabcockHall Posted November 18, 2018 Posted November 18, 2018 There are many minor bases (for example pseudo-uracil), although I doubt that one wold be expected to know their exact number.
