Mr Rayon Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 (edited) So, there's a lot of people saying that biological aging is actually a disease and that we may be able to cure it in the near future. My question is, which drug is most effective to take to reverse biological aging based on the information we have today? Metformin or NMN? Which anti-aging drugs/supplements do YOU take and why? StringJunky Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 Are we feeling mortal? Eat properly, keep your stress down, engage in plenty of moderate cardiovascular exercise and hope you've got the genes for long-living. Or is that too hard?
swansont Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 Metformin is an anti-aging drug? Citation please. Also, information on NMN, such as clinical studies of its effects. Do they exist?
