Guest shocker147 Posted June 29, 2003 Posted June 29, 2003 Can someone please help me solve this problem? dy/dx - [ycos(x)/1+2y^2] = 0 y(0) =1 Is this a combination of a differential equation and implicit differentiation? I'd appreciate any replies. Thanks
Dave Posted June 30, 2003 Posted June 30, 2003 Just separate the variables out: int((1+2y^2)/y dy) = int(cos(x) dx) and solve it that way.
