I was once told by an Egyptian gentleman, if you're on them 23 years since 17 you won't live long past 40. I think the NHS have got to cut us mental patients some slack, and find other ways to treat us rather than feeding us pills. Your input is valued, please contribute, thank you.

However, when people refer to "narcotics" they often mean opiates and those act at different receptors in the brain from the receptors which teh benzodiazepines act on
