This is a new theory describing the states of matter

There are states of matter beyond that of plasma

-One of these states has yet to be named and is directly a state higher than that of plasma. For now we will call it "Energetic Material."

-Energetic Material includes a number of substances. An example of this material includes kinetic energy. Kinetic energy can indeed be labeled as a substance. Like how water is an example of a liquid, kinetic energy is an example of Energetic Material.

-Kinetic energy can be held within processes like chemical reactions. It has a quantity and is measured by joules.

The state above Energetic Material is "Light."

-Light is a state of matter. Light can be described both as a particle and a wave. The particle aspect thus denotes a hypothesis that light is a state of matter. All matter contains particles.

-However, there are different types of light as well. This leads to the hypothesis that Energetic Material and Light are substances. Like how water is a substance of liquid, kinetic energy is a substance of Energetic Material and infrared light is a substance of Light.

What evidence do you have for this state of matter?

What does "higher than plasma" mean?

How would you create this state of matter starting from a lump of, say, lead?

What does that mean? It doesn't sound like a "state of matter". For example, if you change the state of oxygen from solid to liquid to gas to plasma it is still just oxygen. It doesn't "include a number of substances".

Energy, including kinetic energy, is a property of things, not a state of matter. Giving something kinetic energy (ie. making it move) does not change its state of matter.

After all, energy is dependent on the person who measures it, not the substance being measured. For example, if you are on a train with a cup of coffee you will say that the coffee has zero kinetic energy. But if I am on the platform as your train passes, I will say it has a kinetic energy of 150 joules. And someone on a train passing by in the opposite direction will say it has a kinetic energy of 300 joules.

You can't convert oxygen to kinetic energy. And kinetic energy does not  "include a number of substances".

Any evidence to support that claim?

Nope. You can't convert a pound of lead, or even an atom of hydrogen, to light.

Nope. It suggests a hypothesis that you don't know what you are talking about.

Are there? What are they?

I see numerous issues with the idea. A basic question: As far as I know matter has mass and light has no mass, can you explain?

I wish I had said that!

No it certainly is not: It is simply some unsupported speculative hypothetical that you have thought up.

Perhaps it may be said that the only state of matter beyond the Plasma state, could be the state of matter where our laws of physics and GR break down, places like the so called singularity in a BH, and that which was evident at the moment of the BB.

We can know nothing of the state of matter at the moment of the BB, or at a so called BH singularity. The rest you have just made up.

Nonsense.

Light has zero rest mass, and the particle nature of light is simply the quantisation of the EMS that we have labelled a photon.

No, light is simply that part of the frequency of the EMS, that is sensitive to how eyes.

Solid, Liquid, Gas, Plasma, and perhaps whatever state of matter that may exist at a BH singularity or the BB.

The Strong nuclear force emits Energetic Material. Weak Nuclear force emits light.

Wrong. The strong force is mediated by gluons that keep the quarks in protons and neutrons bound in any atomic nucleus.

The weak force is that force responsible for radioactive decay. http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/Forces/funfor.html

Stop making things up.

The singularity is gone in this case. Its a different type of matter from the periodic table

Singularities are simply where our current knowledge and laws fail us.
