yuanxue60616
Do we have any research about it? right now AI could not do analogy and induction. I think it is related with Irrationality.

Here is an intro to programming inductive reasoning: https://ai.vub.ac.be/~ydehauwe/decl_prog/7_InductiveLogicProgramming.pdf And here is something on the use of analogy in AI: http://www.jfsowa.com/pubs/analog.htm
yuanxue60616
Andrew Moore, VP of AI for Google Cloud, speaks at a Google AI event. "AI is currently very, very stupid," said Andrew Moore, a Google vice president. "It is really good at doing certain things which our brains can't handle, but it's not something we could press to do general-purpose reasoning involving things like analogies or creative thinking or jumping outside the box." different analogy? or still in developing? if it is reasoning, it is still rational as I think. Endy0816
They can reach incorrect conclusions based on inputs provided. I don't see that as being the real issue with achieving GAI. Brain is massively more interconnected than chips at present.
