Amazing Random Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Many substances can be dissolved in alcohol . Due to the OH group at the alcohol molecule , it becomes polar so it can attract ions . On the other hand oils are made of organic acids which of course are polar so all oils can be dissolved in an aquallibrium of alcohol.
