Have you ever read the post WWII Japanese Constitution and the German Basic Law?

If you did read a copy with the changes and crossed out text intact you would see that these national 'democratic' founding documents were altered for petty political cold war purposes.

Talk about cleaning up your own back yard before criticizing the system you forced on your neighbours.
