What to sterilize a microneedling device with?

I will be using a 1.5mm dermaroller on my scalp as part of a hairloss treatment and I'm wondering:

#1 What can I sterilize the needles with and how long do I need to soak them?

#2 What should I use to disinfect the skin I will be needling?
