Hello all,

Surfing Youtube I found this video, and would like your opinions folks.

Please, watch it and let me know what you think.

I used to be skeptical about such evidence, here are both scientific and mystical ones.

What do you think? Is is real evidence or every part of it can be called into the question?

Doe it prove anything?

Ok,it is difficult to summarize without video, but it starts with:

1 .Double slit experiment

2. Unexplained artifacts

3.Repeating universes

4.Supernatural activity(meaning, ghosts may be beings from another universes)

5.4th Dimension

6.Large Hadron Collider

7.Dreams(claiming that we visit parallel universes in dreams)

8.The visitor from Taured

9.Lerina Garcia Gordo( woman who claimed to be from another universe)

10.Alter Vu and Mandella Effect

What is an "alternate reality?"

Why are any of those things evidence for it?

1 .Double slit experiment

Explained with no need for "alternate reality".

2. Unexplained artifacts

What are "unexplained artefacts"? And what evidence is there that they exist?

3.Repeating universes

What is a repeating universe? And what evidence is there that they exist?

4.Supernatural activity(meaning, ghosts may be beings from another universes)

And what evidence is there that they exist? And why would it be evidence of an "alternate reality"?

5.4th Dimension

Do you mean time? Why would time be evidence of an "alternate reality"?

8 minutes ago, Alexander1304 said:

6.Large Hadron Collider

Why is the existing of a scientific instrument evidence of an "alternate reality"?

7.Dreams(claiming that we visit parallel universes in dreams)

I can't even ...

A dream is a ... DREAM. It is something constructed by your brain. You can tell this, because it bears no resemblance to any reality, alternate or otherwise. You know when you are in a dream because it is obviously unreal. Sheesh.

8.The visitor from Taured

Was this an episode of Star Trek that I missed?

(OK. Just googled it. You seem to be confusing urban legend with reality.)

Again, either urban legend or possibly a story told someone with mental health issues (I can't find anything to suggest the story is anything other than urban legend or just fiction).

Simply explained by the fallibility of human memory.

We know human memory is unreliable (it is trivially easy to get people to remember things that never happened; and they will be convinced that it can't be their memory that is at fault because "I can remember what happened").

Using science to judge evidence it considers supernatural is not a potentially successful approach. It's like measuring how much concrete you need for your driveway using poetry.

5.4th Dimension

If you mean a fourth spatial dimension, there are very sound physical reasons why a universe like that would be unstable.

From what I've seen, none of these alternate reality proposals are testable in any way. Does this video propose a way to do that?

He doesn't say it is testable. he simply postulates it exists based on what he presents as evidence

The “evidence” is either fictional or already has a good explanation

You need to do a better job of explaining how these things are evidence for "alternate reality".

Can you imagine a criminal trial where the judge asks the prosecution what the evidence is that the accused is the murderer and they say:

1. Optics

2. Fantasy

3. Science fiction

4. Ghost stories

5. Time

6. Microscope

7. Sleep

8. Fairy tale

9. Fairy tale!

10. Amnesia

Judge: "OK. Case dismissed. The accused is free to go because the prosecutor has apparently lost his mind."

But before that, perhaps you can define what you mean by "alternate realities"?

'Alternate Realities' - other universes ,where exact copies of you, me and all exists with maybe slight variations. Sorry I couldn't post the video, he explains it there

And like the gods, these copy universes can't be detected, observed, or measured, so there's no way to test the idea, which means any proponents are just waving their hands. If you really want to do some science in this regard, you should figure out how these exact copies could affect the universe, and then test for that. Prediction is one of science's best tools, but you can't base it on woo and poor reasoning.

And, at the risk of going in circles, is there any reason to believe that such other universes exist? (I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Despite your shopping list of fiction and irrelevancies.)
