It is a cross between pseudo-science and pseudo-philosophy, No one should waste any time in reading the document and Tony (The author) shouldn't waste any time summarising it for the forum. (Of course Tony, if you can actually produce evidence to support your claims I shall be happy to remove the pseudo's from my above comment.)

Sensei Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 "The first is that you should stop eating from the time you get to the airport - about two hours before departure. You should also avoid eating on the flight, but still drink lots of water. And when you land, you should eat as soon as possible at the local meal time." https://www.thesun.co.uk/travel/8695901/fasting-diet-jet-lag-symptoms-treatment/
Eise Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 @20ny: You are confusing 'time' with 'measurement scales of time'. Time zones have nothing to do with relativity theory. Quote This is how you can see Einstein’s STR pop up… “That time slows down or speeds up depending on how fast you move relative to something else” We never thought of ourselves as having our own time/calendar, we always use the Earths.
