Electrons are at least 5 quintillion times older than the universe. A lot of electrons could do a lot of interactions with a lot of other electrons over the entire immense life span of electrons. A lot of electrons can be entangled already. Since electrons are way older than the universe, then they must be from the energy field that surrounds the entire multiverse. Like everything else, brains are made of atoms that include electrons and there are also electrical synapses in brains. The brains electrons can have a lot of entanglements with a lot of other electrons that even trace back to the electrons of the Multiverse Field. Entangled electrons can share information with each other instantaneously over vast amounts of space. Brain electrons that are entangled with other electrons, can also share information with each other. Let's say someone has a a weird dream that involves things that are considered to be physically impossible in this material universe. That weird dream could be the result of brain electrons accessing physics data from another universe where there are electrons that have interacted with this universes electrons in the past, inside of the outer multiverse field before this current universal cycle even existed. Our brains electrons are extremely old. Consciousness being able to do a lot of different things with it's self, including things that could seem physically impossible in this particular universe; could be explained by multiversal brain electron quantum entanglement because different universes can have different physics and there can be a lot of different universes in the Multiverse. There can be a huge variety of different brain electron quantum entanglement information channels that the brains electrons can access. This all could explain why there are so many different personalities that consciousness can have.

Electrons are not older than the universe. They are probably remnants of baryogenesis. So in that sense they're a tiny speck of time younger.

Particles generally don't have distant information stored in them. That is a very rare condition. You must keep coherence for the entangled particles for very long distances to show such effect.

Due to the non-mainstream nature of the topic, I'm moving this to Speculations. Please support your concepts with evidence and sound reasoning. "Things that could seem physically impossible", for instance, needs a more rigorous approach as an explanation if it's to have any meaning at all.

The concept of 'electron' as we observe them today does not make a whole lot of sense prior to electroweak symmetry breaking, so they are necessarily younger than the universe. Also, not all electrons are remnants from the early universe, they also appear as the result of decay process - to name just one example, a muon (which is an elementary particle!) decays into an electron plus two neutrinos. So electrons can be as young as you want them to be.

There is no such thing as 'outside the universe'.

No. Quantum entanglement does not allow for the instantaneous transmission of information.
