kinga.kocemba@uj.edu.pl Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 Dear All I have the question to the expert about the alternative polyadenylation, is the last (distal) polyA in the gene always used in transcription termination and once pre-mRNA is formed the alternative polyA is chosen or is the transcription terminated once the particular proximal polyA is recognized? I will be grateful for your answer
