HF acid is particularly nasty, as it  doesn't necessarily give indication that you've been exposed to it.
I've always kept a tube of Calcium Gluconate cream nearby when I've had to work with it.
( along with all other required PPE. )

I don't think it is very volatile.
It decomposes on heating and gives HF which is ... bad for you.
