How to load an embedded Windows to a different motherboard?

I have a machine that is working software-based and has a "Fujitsu d3243-s12 gs3" motherboard. Unfortunately, this motherboard is defective and nobody could repair it.
I try to find the same motherboard but could not succeed either. The software of the machine is Windows embedded copy and before loading os, the windows copy to check the motherboard and not load the different motherboard even it has better specs.
My question is how can skip that checking process and load that embedded windows version to a different Pc?
Ps: I try to get the same motherboard from the producer of the machine but they have they can not supply it anymore I have to buy a new version of the machine this is not an affordable solution for me.

"Normal" procedure of repairing no-longer-produced electronics is to buy exactly the same electronics model from 3rd party user (can be damaged too), and replace part by part, until original one will start working.. From two-three-four damaged units, you can make single one working, if they have different kind of damage.

 

Do you have enabled hardware disk-encryption?

Lost of encryption-key means inability to read data.. (Unless you're billionaire or government agency and have unlimited budget)

 

When booting disk from different mobo than original, did you try to run in safe-mode? command-line?

Recovery of data is never cheap. You need to have at least the same size HDD/SSD to be able to make duplicate of the all files.. Preferably sector by sector..

When you install OS on normal PC the first time, they (drivers) are on CD/DVD and OS downloads everything later (but has to have at least mobo and Ethernet drivers installed, to be able to connect to the Internet.. imagine what a mess is if OS can't connect to the Internet and HW has no CD/DVD reader and USB pendrive is also not working due to lack of driver.. I had/have such situation with my laptop).

Did you mean you had some valuable data on disk/storage/memory which get lost due to inability to boot anymore instead?

Just to add to this,

Every sub unit  - hard drive, memory cards, graophichs cards, motherboard etc has a unique code number.
That is not every type of sub unit but each motherboard etc from each computer has a different code number.

When you replace units for repair or upgrade, Windows allows a certain number of replacements.

After that you have to obtain authorisation through Microsoft  -  Theya re quite good if you can convinve them you are repairing a PC and will give you an unlock code.

You can often change the motherboard once, particularly with Dell units, but after that you will need this code and some of the other parts need to be still original.
