I'm writing to you now to spread the word about some inventions i've been working on. I don't know if they will work, but the ideas are better off in the hands of more than one person. I'm not asking for assistance, simply sharing the ideas. I do hope someone experiments further with the ideas or spreads them to someone who will.

On to the inventions. All of the inventions/ideas serve more or less the same purpose and they revolve around the use of magnets. The purpose is energy. I've come up with a few designs which might work to generate electricity, produce mechanical energy, and improve certain kinds of energy efficiency.

Idea #1: This one is mainly for improving energy efficiency. Basically, what you do is connect things not by physical means, but magnetic. You can do it with either attraction or repulsion. The idea is when you connect things magnetically, it uses magnetic force/energy to move the object instead of physical force/energy. Of course, the magnetic force has to be enough to move the object in question. The key to making this work is using magnets of different strengths. The magnet(s) doing the pushing or pulling need to be more powerful than the magnet(s) being pushed or pulled.

Idea #2: This idea requires magnets, tubes, and springs. A see-saw mechanism could be used in addition or in compliment. For the basic design, picture two magnets in a tube, seperated by a spring. As the magnets attract each other, the spring compresses. When the spring's compression overcomes the magnetic attraction, the magnets are pushed apart. They then get pulled back together by the magnetic attraction and then pushed away again by the spring. Essentially, the process would continue indefinitely.

With this device, you could potentially generate both mechanical and electrical energy.

Idea #3: This one is similar to #2, but it is aimed at producing large amounts of electricity. For this, you use the same sort of 'magnet in a tube' setup. You could also use multiple magnets, springs, and seesaws, depending on what is needed to make it work. But, with this one there is a seperate device attached to one of the magnets in the tube. I don't know exactly what the device is called but i'll post some links at the end which will help. Basically, when you spin it, the string portion compresses, or pulls in, which pulls the magnet it's attached to. So all that's really required is to pull the magnet back in the other direction, which causes the device to spin all the way around. Which you can do by using a magnet behind the magnet attached to the string, and in addition, with the seesaw. The back and forth spinning of the device goes on indefinitely, provided you pull on it hard enough and at the right time, and let up enough when it's spinning back and forth. It's really very simple to see what i'm talking about if you try the device itself. It's an easy device to make if you can't find one to buy (they are sold as toys).

Of course, the spinning device would be in the core, generating electricity.

On a side note, the seesaw device is useful for fine tuning, among other things. Basically, the idea is to attach a magnet to each end of the seesaw. The magnets each have their own tube. In the ends of the tubes, you can either use springs or magnets or whatever else. Simple, straight-forward stuff really.

All of these devices can be made any size and they are incredibly inexpensive to produce. And, of course, they would provide completely clean energy. The only real questions are, "Do they work?" and, "How much energy do they produce if they do work?". With all this gas craze, hopefully these machines can provide an energy solution and get in production ASAP. But don't tell the oil companies, or they might assassinate us all. :)

Here are some links for the device in #3:

I hope my descriptions are enough. I tried to give the most basic possible descriptions just to help you understand the basic ideas and principles.

#1 Trains (sepcifically in china) already operate using magnets.

#2 This would slowly reach and equilibrium point with no motion due to friction

and I think the above would also effect #3.

The magnet in a tube setup is a poorly thought-out "perpetual motion machine" attempt. As with with #3, friction and other things will cause the energy to leave the system and eventually the motion will cease. It's basically like attaching a generator to a pendulum.

With this device' date=' you could potentially generate both mechanical and electrical energy.

I'm sure you can generate billions of kilowatts of clean energy with this process.....

As long as you inputted billions more than you generate.

They are essentially energy transmission devices, not energy sources.
