Dhamnekar Win,odd Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Was the above question correctly stated and correctly answered? In [math]Ca^{19+}[/math], how many electron shells are there? answer is n=1,2,3,4 Then in ground state how can we found its valence electron in 6th shell or n=6? Is [math]Ca^{19+}[/math] one lectron atom?
Dhamnekar Win,odd Posted November 19, 2021 Author Posted November 19, 2021 There is typographical error in the above question. Please read ' Is [math]Ca^{19+}[/math] one electron atom? '
swansont Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 ! Moderator Note You've been told before that you need to show what you've done to try and solve the problem. Posting the answer without showing work, as you have done before, is not an acceptable approach. "Is Ca19+ one electron atom?" is pretty straightforward. How would you figure this out?
