TheVat Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 Vitamin D has value for mental health, but avoid taking it in the evening. Some studies have findings that suggest it may interfere with melatonin production and cause sleeplessness. (This was my experience with D supplements.) Best at breakfast, and with some fats - e.g. a handful of walnuts on your cereal. (walnuts are also a good brain food). Also blueberries which contain flavonoids linked with improved memory.
