The  full unsealed indictment of FPOTUS Donald J. Trump that was filed in the SDC of  Florida -  containing 38 counts under the Espionage Act:

https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.648653/gov.uscourts.flsd.648653.3.0.pdf

The first judge listed on the docket as attending to the indictment next Tuesday is Judge Aileen Cannon - the same Trump appointed Article III judge who controversially obstructed the DOJ last year by enjoining the entire Federal investigation, before the appellate courts unanimously overturned all her rulings

This judge is now apparently preparing to hear appeals for a summary dismissal of all charges by Trump's new lawyers - (the old ones just walked).

This could get interesting very fast indeed.

About halfway through this page turner.  I don't know if Donny will be able to duck these charges.  Trump clearly was up to no good with those secrets.

Facts shmacks. He is a saint. Gods gift to humanity. Did nothing wrong. Couldn’t do anything wrong even if he wanted to. Practically Jesus himself and the justice department with their “laws” and “rules” are the devil trying to tear a good man down.

A sad, embarrassing day for America, having a former President go to jail.
But if anyone deserves it, D Trump surely does.

Besides, the orange jumpsuit will co-ordinate with the hair.

Also amusing is the way the other announced GOP candidates for 2024, who we presume are running AGAINST Trump, are all hastening to make sure we know they are FOR and WITH Trump, in this his darkest hour.

I especially liked Vivek Ramaswamy's threading of the Trump Base needle, where he simultaneously implies Trump's likely guilt of federal crimes and makes sure he is showing maximum support for pardoning him in the future....

Vivek Ramaswamy, an entrepreneur and activist who is running against Donald J. Trump for the Republican nomination, told reporters outside the courthouse in Miami on Tuesday that he had reached out to other presidential candidates to urge them to commit to pardoning the former president if they win in 2024.  - NY Times

Sycophancy is the rule in the GOP. They are all wearing brown clown noses.

Haha!  Yup.  I see Nikki Haley also weighed in, with one of those "maybe it's a crime...but it's not the BAD sort of crime" dismissals.

I think it would be terrible for the country to have a former president in prison for years because of a documents case. So I would be inclined in favor of a pardon.    - Nikki Haley

I love the way she called it a "documents case," as if this is nothing but a harmless and bumbling packrat - sorta like one of those people who has a coffee table full of overdue books from the library.

The sycophants are running for VP. They know Trump’s getting the nomination, unless he has a stroke or something, so they can’t alienate him.

The question I have is did anyone copy classified documents, and if so, have they testified to the grand jury? Because there’s no reason to make copies unless you’re giving (selling) them to someone else.

More likely is they photographed them with their phone and from there shared them however they saw fit far and wide in a nearly untraceable way.

Possibly, but as Hal Holbrook said in All the President’s Men, “these aren’t very bright guys” One photo of the many boxes showed a photocopier.

Yeah. The pics pretty much confirm the space was too small for them to roll in a Xerox machine, even on very well made locking casters so phone would be easier. 😆

He's got  a busy 2024 in court. Politico:

NEW YORK — Donald Trump’s trial calendar is starting to fill up.

On Thursday, a federal judge set a trial date of Jan. 15, 2024, in a defamation lawsuit brought against the former president by writer E. Jean Carroll. It will be sandwiched between two other Trump trials: a civil trial scheduled for this October in a fraud lawsuit against Trump and his company brought by the New York attorney general, and a criminal trial set for late March 2024 on charges that Trump falsified business records in connection with hush money payments to a porn star.

Haley changes tune, calls Trump ‘reckless’

...It was far from an outright condemnation. But their comments marked a significant departure from the two presidential contenders’ initial reaction to Trump’s indictment. Just days after Republicans rushed to Trump’s defense, their remarks served as a sign the tide could be turning in the Republican presidential primary field’s willingness to go on offense against the former president.

“Two things can be true at the same time,” Haley said in a Fox News interview Monday afternoon. She said the Department of Justice and FBI “have lost all credibility with the American people.” Then she turned her fire to Trump.

“If this indictment is true, if what it says is actually the case, President Trump was incredibly reckless with our national security,” Haley said, adding that her husband serves in the military. “This puts all of our military men and women in danger, if you’re going to talk about what our military is capable of or how we would go about invading or doing something with one of our enemies.”

She added, “If that’s the case, it’s reckless, it’s frustrating and it causes problems. You know, we’re looking now, this is the second indictment. We’re looking at a third indictment coming in with Georgia.”

This is spot on, but I might add: They’re also potentially running for 2028 (since either Trump or Biden are both only allowed one more term)

Trump being allowed one more term seems like only a small impediment to him remaining in power, should he win, given his (and his followers’) prior actions and contempt for the Constitution.
