I have come up with the theory that there must be a positive and negative version for everything in the universe, and I feel like there is, as there is Dark energy, and Dark matter. Now this may be incorrect but that's what makes it a theory and I need input on it from my fellow scientists.

What evidence are you basing your conjectures on ?

Are you basing this on incorrect assumptions of 'dark' matter and 'dark' energy ?
Dark matter is postulated to be of particle nature, and may have anti-dark matter or supersymmetric partners, but dark energy is possibly a scalar field that permeates the expanding universe.

I'm afraid you are too late. About 150 years ago Engels postulated three laws, of which the first one is

Quote
  1. The law of the unity and conflict of opposites

No, that is not what makes a theory.
