Spider24 Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Which component of the Calvin-Benson cycle is recycled and why is this important for the light-independent reactions? I think the component is Ribulose Biphosphate (RuBP) but I could be wrong and if it is I don't know why it's important. Anybody have any insight on this?
Skye Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 The importance is that it makes the net reaction alot simpler.
