Good news, for whatever reason, (from the Marine Park report) "The 2023 sargassum season invasion was approximately 30 days compared to 51 days in 2022."

Things that are not directly edible by humans can be edible by animals, insects, bacteria or fungi, which will transform them into something edible for humans. Or converted into fuel, such as bioethanol.

Indeed. One paper I read was talking about using fermentation to improve edibility.
