Picture of an atom. What is it?

Anyways, I want to know what atom/Ion this is. I would guess that is is Hydrogen and helium. But I am skeptical. And Are those molecules I am looking at? Idk, please help.

Okay, Thanks. But their three atoms. A faint glowing one, a bright glowing one, and a clumped together one. I don't know which is which, and if the "clumped one" is even an atom. I wish I had a video
