triumph2004 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Can someone explain to me in details what would happen to yeast metabolic rate if we put them in hot, cold, and room temperature? Ad what would the yeast reaction be in each one? Will there any bubbles?Thanx a lot.
