Pi constant as we know it is understood subconsciously as the golden rule to test if a new system is going to work

Theory is not the digits in pi are altered it is the idea we created all else around it. 

I will be a simple as I can to not provide any wild ideas only those that I can explain.

Now In the spreadsheet I have placed the first 100 decimals of pi in vertical stacks of 10 then placing those stacks side by side from left to right so the order of decimal expansion are maintained... I do not know how to define what I have found except as logic beyond the concept math has accepted and it does branch off very quickly so again please forgive if wording does not align with math or other technical jargon I am trying...

Without the above 3.1415926 is simple three sections odd man out so 3.14xxx26 where N and Z are 90 degrees different and Capital Z in ASCII is 90 and N is literally four corners and one Continual Line so 14 representing the 14th letter of the alphabet in English. Now 3.xx159xx is our representation of number logic in single digits if one takes a paper document and draw three lines one at the top as 1 one at the bottom or last 9 and then the middle between both 5 the final step would be to connect a vertical line to the left of all three to create what we know as A Capital E.  So we Literal Spelled 3.NEZ or ZEN and Zen is defined as: peaceful and calm:

The attached image illustrates in pi current form in the spreadsheet to be UpRight Literally 083 or 0 00 3 where the 8 is in the 80 decimal of pi and 0 at the 70 and all 08 or 80 in the first 100 in stacks of 10 show an understanding of direction from left to right the direction of 80s go right up left down then upward diagonal both ways, and if drawn out is a square with an X in it and in ASCII that is 88 and then repeat for 88 all possible 88s are extracted and there are literal 2 sets of 3 and 1 set so 8 physical 8s to show understanding of the symbol we currently use for that number

Instead of ASCII, use EBCDIC.

And try Pi in base 9 instead of base 10.

since pi appears in many formulae and seemingly random physical events, could it prevalence be derived as it is the endless number generator that describes the circle, and so a fundamental property of the spherical singularity at the birth of the universe? This would infer pi as a major building block of the geometric universe, hence it's prominent position.
