The military is god to you sirs

They are the reason you are a overworked

I'm not afraid to be killed, I'm afraid to fail to stand up for myself. It is not fear keeping me an enthralled meekly Saint crip, it is situational awareness. 

 

I know that I can't live as a man without it eventually killing me, I also know no single other man military or not survives the long haul without turning into a total hound-dog at some point.

You just can't win.
