Help: epidemiological cutoff values of antibiotics in the context of marine animals

Hello, I hope you are feeling very well.
I'm new to this forum and I'm sorry in advance if I'm not participating appropriately.
I study veterinary medicine in Chile and am working on my thesis. I have a question in case anyone has information that is probably in the VET04 book Perfomance Standards for Antimicrobial Susceptibilty Testing of Bacteria Isolated From Aquatic Animals. The topic of my thesis is "Detect and characterize the antimicrobial resistance of E. coli to florfenicol isolated from bivalve mollusks from the Los Lagos region, Chile." We want to find the Epidemiological Cutoff Values of some antibiotics, such as florfenicol itself, oxytetracyclines to compare them with the results based on the experimentation we did through microdilution in plates. I would be very grateful and if possible, of course, if you could give me that information with all sincerity.
I will be attentive to any comments.
Thank you!
