Interesting question.  I asked ChatGPT and here is what they say:

"The moons of Jupiter have much thinner atmospheres or no significant atmosphere at all due to factors such as their smaller sizes, weaker gravitational fields, and closer proximity to Jupiter, which subjects them to intense radiation and tidal forces. These factors prevent them from retaining substantial atmospheres like Titan."
