Cupric Chloride Concentration

Recommended Posts

We are getting ready to refurbish a PVC and 316 SS pump that has had cupric chloride concentrate run through it. It has been cleaned. However, there is green residue. We will be plastic welding, chipping and scrapping this pumps. What are the dangers? Is this safe to do? How should we advise our customer to clean the pump?

I mean you can cutting or grinding  the metal means scraping. The other one scrapping  would be to dump the pump, but then I dont need cleaning of it.
