More commonly known as thunderclouds, cumulonimbus is the only cloud type that can produce hail, thunder and lightning. Have a Cloud generator machine in the Air generate Cumulonimbus clouds. To produce liquid oxygen, human cool the air to a temperature sufficient to liquefy the gases present, or use electrolysis of water and then cool it. Either way, it is a very energy-intensive process.
