Both Mordred and I try to develop a train of thought (or chain of ideas) when we write something down.

If you tried to draw this as a diagram perhaps it would help.

For instance the names etc ofthe shells and subshells have been listed several times.

 

If you went through the list and as you read each idea you wrote it down it might look something like this at the end.

 

It doesn't matter if you just scribble it down, or if you post it or not,  it is for you not us.
