Dark matter like electron cloud

It's just me or Dark matter look similar to the Electron cloud? Can it be that all known effects are related not to the "hidden mass" but to some astronomical caliber quantum-like effect of possibilities similar to the Atom structure.

Have you ever noticed that some pieces of toast look like Jesus? I don't think "looks like" is enough to draw any conclusions about the possibility of toast performing miracles.
