I might not be a good physist but I'm surely not dumb [ ok maybe i might]. We all know the theory of pragmatism, stated by James Sidis who advanced this theory, that makes people work through their lives, we wake up everyday, the sun is up, we know the time is either 7 or 8 in the morning according to our circadian rythyms.

What if time is a construct of the mind that evolved in us over thousands of years, I meanit is true we can calculate the speed of a moving object with the help of time, but what if we constructed that into our belief, there is a reason why we cannot calculate the exact the exact speed of the springs that make up the electrons just vibrating.

Time works well in our world and I actually love it a lot but what if we made it up? Please comment, so that i can know I'm not mad.

What would it mean if time were “made up”? If there is no way to distinguish “made up” from “real”, then the distinction is meaningless. How could one tell?

We know things change. If there were no time, that would be impossible.

Essentially all concepts are made up in our mind. Length and weight and density and brightness are similar examples.

Some concepts are more useful than others, but just because we’ve created words to describe them doesn’t make them any less real. They’d still exist even if we did not.

We made up how to measure time, rather than making up time itself. We observed that change is a process that requires things don't happen all at once. We observed many things that we understood better when we measured them using some sort of standard. We observed how important it was to know how long and how wide and how tall something was, as well as how long it took to build it. We observed all these dimensions, and the more we started measuring them, the better our tool-making skills and construction skills became.

I really love the quote, and I think you are really catching me on the important side. Thanks so much my friend for making me understand the concept of time and other measurements that we need inorder to advance into the next generation.
