Seten Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Self-awareness has to do with the ability for a being or mechanism that possesses a sense of sight to use two ocular organs or digital cameras attached to two separate computational substrates (hemispheres or two binary operating systems) capable of communicating and therefore debating each other's conclusions between looking at one superposition or its cascaded state of the interference pattern as light reflects off the wall where the electrons hit in the double slit experiment so to speak, in essence a wave function (positive reading) versus its collapsed wave function counterpart (false positive reading) is the key to the tech singularity. That debate between two hemispheres if one of our eyes picks up a false positive collapsed wave function and the other does not, that is consciousness, so actual quantum computing AI works nothing like parallel operations or the giant fridge designed to maintain some mythical Bose Einstein Condensate ie this image Is a reuse, a fake, a fabrication. It doesn't even work, it's defective.
Seten Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago (edited) Every-time we cross our eyes and see double we collapse a wave function and get one real angle along with one false angle. The only reason we don't see one angle, but two, when crossing our eyes is precisely because far between the ticks of thought our brains are distinguishing between false and negative optical readings. Without constantly doing so we couldn't think at all. Although a lot of perception comes from the sense of equilibrium and touch, these senses wouldn't exist without sight, because consciousness couldn't exist without eyesight. In fact if you took away scent, taste, touch, sound, and balance/equilibrium you could still have consciousness but if you took away eyesight you couldn't have scent, taste, touch, sound, and balance/equilibrium unless you have an organism that was born blind that came from a species that evolved eyesight but that's different. Phi for All Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Is there any evidence to support your thoughts? Remember, you're trying to persuade us that your explanation has merit. Right now it's just one long sentence about your opinion. Focus on one part and try to find evidence that will support your idea.
