Geologists have found plenty of evidence of a great flood in North Americal 13000 to 15000 years ago when Lake Missoula burst the ice dam.

Sure, most cultures have a flood myth, because floods are ubiquitous. But flooding requiring a boat to preserve the world's animal species (what I referenced and this thread is about) are impossible as I described.

No, it does not. The story in Hebrew does not say "each kind of animal". It says, "every living", "וּמִכָּל הָחַי". Evidently, this phrase became "animal" somewhere during translations (to Greek? to Latin? to English?)

Hmmm... I'd like to see those calculations, the ice moons of the solar system come to mind? 

I am pretty sure, debunking the Bible used to be my thing, that only animals that breathed air counted, Genesis 7:15 and Genesis 7:21 ( I am relatively sure that in at least one version it says drew the breath of life or breathed through nostrils so only vertebrate land animals counted... which of course is kinda of iffy for whales) 

My old go to was that the existence of echinoderms ad cephalopods falsified the world wide flood... IMHO!
