Hello

I don't do any power lifting, neither have a physical job, is it the reason i can feel my spinal cord bones so easily by finger touch?

I'm not sure but it seems to me it's just how the human body is made

I'm surprised it seems that much exposed, is there some way to make it less exposed? It's scary imo

What you feel is your spine, not your spinal cord. Your spine, being bone, is pretty tough and the spinal cord is inside and well protected by it. No need to worry. All is as it should be.

Depending upon how much it’s showing this could be a sign of malnutrition. You can’t get diagnoses on the internet. Visit a doctor if concerned.

Some motorcycle gear contains hard shell spine protection, if you're concerned.

Ok thank you guys
So it's normal that no muscle grow over the spine?
I mean that you can directly feel it by touch... 😱
