No idea, but if this is in the context of "how do I get it off my hands?", I've found that soap and water work just fine, even after I've handled large Marine toads.

See, we have this experiment and we want to know if the toxin would still work, even just a little, when combined with water...

 

So, you've handled Marine toads... did you uhm... say, extract the poison or something?

The problem is that bufotoxin, as far as I understand, is less a toxin and more a name for a family of toxins. And my experience with the toads was purely incidental; they were an invasive pest at my research site.
