alt_f13 Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Hey, I have an interesting...document. Not particularly revolutionary, its kind of philosophical though. http://www.djglacial.com/index2.html Go to the "about" section and read.
Sayonara Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 About the most "papery" thing I have written is here: http://www.physicspost.com/articles.php?articleId=100 Unless you count my dissertation of course, which I will not post for counter-plagiarism reasons.

atinymonkey Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Yes Nothing is more infinite than the realms of the human mind I found it.
fafalone Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 What happened to our articles section anyway...
blike Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 I had in mind to start up a sister site to this one. The backbone would be the forums, but the site would be more focused on news and science articles. Just too busy to mess with it right now.
Dudde Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 that would be a cool idea... haven't written anything publishable, nor have I written anything online (besides debates in various places) though I should have soon something to post hmm...
Glider Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 I have a few papers out (and one accepted last month...yay!), but they have already been reviewed and I have had feedback on them, ta very much
Dave Posted August 19, 2003 Posted August 19, 2003 Not really thought about it. I'm mainly a mathematician, and from what I gather it's kindof hard to get a proper paper out unless you're pretty damn good (which i'm not - yet ).
daisy Posted August 22, 2003 Posted August 22, 2003 I have a couple of papers (2 first authorships and a 6th) and hopefully another 3rd and first soon. I don't know if I'll get anything from my present post though....disappointingly.....science is so full of peaks and troughs....I'm depressed just now because I thought I had a kick-ass result but I didn't!!! C'est la vie.
rathbaster Posted August 28, 2003 Posted August 28, 2003 I was going to make a couple of papers out of my Master's thesis, but never seemed to find the time. Now that I've been laid off maybe I should think about writing them up. (I have nothing but time.) Hadn't thought of that until I found this forum and saw this thread. Hmmmm.
Glider Posted August 28, 2003 Posted August 28, 2003 It can't hurt, and would help your employment prospects too
