Can someone briefly explain what kinetic thrust is?

Thrust, i.e. a force, from the movement of matter, e.g. from a rocket ejecting gas. I think this is differentiiated from a force generated statically, like from a pressure difference.

ok i think what i meant was

velocity= d/t

acceleration = d/(t*t)

JERK = d/(t*t*t)

and I heard someone talk about this beening kinetic thrust: d/(t*t*t*t)
