Anonymous521 Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 Hi, I have a question, of course. It's about common normal body temperature for hamsters that I want to know, what is it?
RyanJ Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 Hi' date=' I have a question, of course. It's about common normal body temperature for hamsters that I want to know, what is it?[/quote'] I looked this up an a book and what I got was this: The hamster's body temperature and cheek pouch temperature were maintained at 37°C with circulating warm water. Not shure is its right but Google seems to give the same answer! Cheers, Ryan Jones

SkyQueen737 Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 Normal body temp for a hamster is 97.1-99.5F (36.2-37.5C)
Daecon Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 It's body temperature the same for ALL warm-blooded mammals, even person shaped ones?
Mokele Posted December 4, 2005 Posted December 4, 2005 Not precisely, but more or less. AFAIK, outside of hibernation most endotherms tend to stick to the mid-90's to low-100's range, with birds being most often in the higher end of that and sometimes into 110's.
