If I can figure a decent way of doing it ;) I'll break out Photoshop when I get back and see if I can at least make [the SFN logo] slightly Christmassy or whatever.

Its an idea for a competition' date=' see who can design the best christmas style banner :D

Cheers,

Add a tiny bit more snow (aka white dots), and just to specify I mean if you make it so the snow goes further down the letters (not more densely packed)... and then it's good :)

I have no access to Photoshop until tomorrow, but I'll try and come up with something :)

Edit: I've got a few spare hours, so I'm downloading the Photoshop demo.

I'd stick Darwin on there like he was being crucified on the F, but with presents under him and I'd add a lot more snow but show that it is melting and have a pool at the bottom with bodies floating in it (ice caps reference).

Now that's festive.

What you have looks good though, if you're into that type of holliday cheer.

I'd suggest putting a black outline around your hat Nevermore. You can't really see the white pompom agains this blue background to well.

It kinda looks like someone stepped on your bug and it's bleeding from the head...

Cheers all... plus, i'v joined the festive hat club :)

I'm not much of an artist, however Photoshop is helpful.

Ah! Something isn't quite right with your image Dak, it leaves a little white bar underneath...anyone have any idea why? Can you save it directly as jpeg? I had to convert it with gimp...maybe that had something to do with it.
