MulderMan Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 im just adding the finishing touches to my reation rates coursework. It is an investigation into how temperature affects the rate of reaction between hydrochloric acid and magnesium. ive drawn a linear graph with my results, with a line of best fit, and worked out the lines gradient to 0.42 s/degrees C. i know what the gradient is, its just i dont know what it actually shows me in terms of the rate of reaction. thanks.
clarisse Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 (I'm not sure if I understood correctly your question but...) the gradient gives you the rate of the reaction
