MitchellStri Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 hi everyone, i know there are a few ways to increase the amount of OHMs in an electrical Circuit but can anyone suggest the best way(s) I.e. simplicity & more OHMs many thanks it's just for a little experiment im conducting
insane_alien Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 i take it you want to increase the resistance and OHMs isn't an acronym or anything. the answer is: resistor.
MitchellStri Posted December 10, 2005 Author Posted December 10, 2005 thanks for that, i also need to know how to decrease Ohms aswell, and which is the best method(s) for doing so thanks alot
doG Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 Adding resistors in series with a circuit will increase resistance, adding resistors in parallel with a circuit will decrease resistance.
