Trond Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Go to this thread http://antipsykopat.org/miniBB/index.php? action=vthread&forum=9&topic=12012 and proof that 0.9999....=1 You can of course write in English even though most of it is already written in another language, but everyone there understands English. Why have the Norwegian philosopher Alpha offered this kind of money? It is needed to proof that it can't be 1, because the universe is virtual reality and humans have non-physical soul. It has been showed that the world is not mehanical in amongst other things the Aspect-experiment, and there is something that lies beneath it all, like a computer that controls what is going on on a monitor screen. What you see around you are particles (minimal parts) like produced by a monitor. What it doesn't control is human will. I will post this in philosophy section too. Spread the words to your friends and everybody else.
AL Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 He's Norwegian. I'm not sure about Norway, but many European countries use a "." as a "," in their numbers. Although you are still technically correct that $50,000 is at least £1.
Trond Posted December 24, 2005 Author Posted December 24, 2005 http://www.xe.com/ucc 50,000.00 USD = 42,126.50 EUR
Sisyphus Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 It doesn't matter what the amount is. If he's not satisfied with all other proofs, he's not going to be satisfied with anything. It's a rhetorical offer.
Trond Posted December 25, 2005 Author Posted December 25, 2005 Keep reading the thread. Some English speaking person just posted his proof. We'll have to wait for Alphas' return. It's holiday
Trond Posted December 31, 2005 Author Posted December 31, 2005 Alpha has answered (in English) http://antipsykopat.org/miniBB/index.php?action=vthread&forum=9&topic=12012
